PROGRAM
BIB COLLECTION
The bibs number and bag of the runner can only be collected At the Alcázar de Jerez de la Frontera (Next to Alameda Vieja) during on friday from 11:00 - 14:00 y 17.00 - 20.00h and saturday from 17.00 - 20.00h.
Keep these considerations in mind when collecting your bib number and runner´s bag :

To collect the bib number, runners must present their ID, passport or other official document that proves their identity.

To collect the runner´s bag must be in possession of the number.
-
In the event that a runner could not collect his or her bib number or runner´s bag, they may be picked up by another person as long as they carry a photocopy of the DNI and an authorization signed by the runner holding the bib number.
CONSIDERATIONS ON THE BIBS NUMBER
The bib number must be clearly visible at the front of the trunk during the entire race and may not be modified under any circumstances.
The bibs number are fitted with a disposable chip, so they can not be folded or manipulated in any way.

The Start of SHERRY MEDIA will take place on Sunday 21 april at 9:00 a.m ah the Alameda Vieja.
SHERRY MARATÓN
The Start of SHERRY MARATÓN will take place on Sunday 21 april at 8:00 a.m at the Alameda Vieja.
SHERRY PROMO
The Start of SHERRY PROMO will take place on Sunday 21 april at 10:30 at Marcharnudo.
The Finish Line of all races will take place at Alameda Vieja.
BUS TO START
The Organization will have a shuttle bus service that will connect the FINSIH area, where the parking is located to leave the vehicles, with the START.
The departure time of the shuttle buses will be from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. on Sunday, 21 april for Sherry Promo.
CONSIDERATIONS
Please go with time and do not wait for the last bus to avoid agglomerations and to transport everyone.
After 9:15 no bus will depart.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
The organization recommends that runners carry the following material in order to perform the race:

Mobile phone: With fully charged battery, active roaming, and turned on during the entire event.

Cup for liquids: no cups/glasses will be provided at aid stations.

Drinking container and/or hydration pack: total minimal capacity 1L.

Sunglasses: with plastic lenses

Sunscreen cream or lotion: Total protection.

Electrolytes and/or mineral salts

Energy food: Energy bars, gels, fruits…

Backpack: Appropriate to the volume of the material and pace of the participant.
WARDROBE
The Organization will have a wardrobe service it the Finish zone where the runners will be able to deposit their bags, not being responsible for the objects delivered in it.
The staff of the Wardrobe Service may request the runners to open their bags prior to depositing, to check the contents of the bags. Given the refusal of a runner to open a bag, the Organization may refuse to pick up the bag.
The wardrobe schedule will be from 7:00 a.m. to 14:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 25th.
CONSIDERATIONS
Please do not leave valuables in the bags. The Organization is not responsible for the objects delivered.
