By registering, participants indicate their acceptance of these regulations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These regulations must be strictly adhered to by all participants in the event known as JJP SHERRY BIKE. Any incident not covered herein shall be resolved by the SHERRY BIKE Jury, the race\u2019s Sports Director, a member of the organising committee and a representative of the organised by TerraIncognita Global SL.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c1c2f0 e-flex elementor-size-default\">Art.2 RACE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bd3fce elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6bd3fce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The JJP SHERRY BIKE is a mountain biking competition that will take place between the city of Jerez de la Frontera and the sea of vineyards surrounding the city, which form part of the Marco del Jerez. The JJP Sherry Bike comprises two categories: the SHERRY BIKE MARATHON and the SHERRY BIKE MEDIA.<\/p><p>The SHERRY BIKE MARATHON will take place on Saturday 17 April 2027 in the city of Jerez de la Frontera, C\u00e1diz, covering a distance of 68.7 km.<\/p><p>The race will start at 8.30 am from the Alameda Vieja in Jerez.<\/p><p>The FINISH LINE is located at the Alameda Vieja (Jerez) and will remain open until 17:00.<\/p><p>The SHERRY BIKE MEDIA is a less physically demanding version of the JJP SHERRY BIKE, which will take place on Saturday 17 April 2027 in the city of Jerez de la Frontera, C\u00e1diz, covering a distance of 48.8 km.<\/p><p>The race STARTS at 09:00 from the Alameda Vieja (Jerez).<\/p><p>The FINISH LINE is located on the Alameda Vieja (Jerez) and will remain open until 15:00.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cacef3 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7cacef3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fbd7b1c elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fbd7b1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art.3 SPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b93eba7 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b93eba7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The JJP SHERRY BIKE event is held with the utmost respect for the environment.<br>\u200b<br>Participants must respect the environment in which the race takes place and keep the surrounding area clean. To this end, they must eat and drink WITHOUT LEAVING ANY PACKAGING OUTSIDE THE BINS provided for this purpose.<br>\u200b<br>FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POINT WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE RUNNER, who may be disqualified by a simple statement from any member of the Race Organizing Team.<br>\u200b<br>Participants who display violent behaviour or litter in the countryside will be disqualified from the competition. It is compulsory to respect crops, livestock and private property in general.<br>\u200b<br>Participants will be responsible for any damage caused as a result of this type of behavior.<br>\u200b<br>It is strictly forbidden to receive external assistance or refreshments during the race outside the points provided by the Organization: these will coincide with the official refreshment points of the race.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22ba74c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"22ba74c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20d812c elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"20d812c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art.4 PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c6e57d elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c6e57d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To take part in the Sherry Bike Marathon and Sherry Bike Half Marathon, you must be of legal age on the day of the event.<br>\u200b<br>Participation will be open to all those who correctly formalize both the REGISTRATION and the payment stipulated for the races.<br>\u200b<br>The registration fees are published in the REGISTRATION section<br>\u200b<br>Registration for the JJP SHERRY BIKE implies acceptance of the rules and that the participant is adequately prepared for the race, being fully aware of the geographical and weather conditions that may be encountered in the area where the event takes place. In this regard, the participant indemnifies the Organisation against any health problems that may arise as a result of their participation in the JJP SHERRY BIKE.<br>\u200b<br>The runners registered for the race understand that they participate voluntarily and under their own responsibility in the event, and therefore, exonerate the Organization of the race from all responsibility, and agree not to denounce the organizing entity, collaborators, sponsors and other participants; as well as not to initiate any claim of civil responsibility towards the mentioned parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1b8e51 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e1b8e51\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d6b299 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1d6b299\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art. 5 REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c921426 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c921426\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once registration has been completed, a one-off refund of 50 per cent of the amount paid will be issued up to 30 days before the event.<\/p>\n<p>When completing their registration, participants may take out cancellation insurance to receive a 100 per cent refund of their registration fee in the event of withdrawal.<br>Refund requests due to withdrawal covered by cancellation insurance will only be accepted if submitted 15 days before the event takes place.<\/p>\n<p>All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the request.<\/p>\n<p>Once the request to withdraw has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will offer it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time, if there is one.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ad2966 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2ad2966\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d06fce8 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d06fce8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art.6 BIB NUMBERS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cfe62e6 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cfe62e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Race numbers and runners\u2019 bags can only be collected from IFECA \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/\/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0xd0dc6c4b9ed95d5:0x80ec5ccdb8ec4aa3?sa=X&amp;ved=1t:8290&amp;ictx=111\" data-url=\"\/maps\/place\/\/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0xd0dc6c4b9ed95d5:0x80ec5ccdb8ec4aa3?sa=X&amp;ved=2ahUKEwjJ7Kr57fKMAxWE87sIHaUwDtsQ4kB6BAgIEAA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Palacio de Congresos, P.\u00ba de Sementales, 11405 Jerez de la Frontera, C\u00e1diz<\/a>, on Friday from 11am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm. For runners who are unable to collect their race numbers on Saturday, a collection point will be available on Saturday from 6.30 am to 8.15 am for the MARATHON and from 6.30 am to 8.45 am for the HALF MARATHON, also at IFECA.<\/p><p>Participants must wear their race number throughout the race, ensuring it is clearly visible on the front of their bike at all times.<\/p><p>Each race number will be personal and non-transferable. The route map for the race will be published on the race\u2019s official website. Any changes or amendments to it will be published through the same channels.<br>\u200b<br>Each participant must follow the entire marked route, without skipping the signs and passing through all the checkpoints.<br>\u200b<br>It is strictly forbidden to receive external assistance or refreshments during the race outside the points provided by the Organization: these will coincide with the official refreshment points of the race. Likewise, it is forbidden to be accompanied by other people who are not registered participants in the race.<br>\u200b<br>At each refreshment point there will be a specific closing time, being an indispensable requirement to pass before the established closing time in order to continue in the race.<br>\u200b<br>Each refreshment station will provide food and drink, the selection of which will vary depending on the kilometre at which it is located.
