To register for the JJP SHERRY BIKE event, you must be of legal age and read and accept the “Declaration of Physical Fitness and Liability Waiver” at the time of registration, by which the participant declares that they are aware of the physical demands of the event, are in optimal physical condition to undertake it, and release the Organisers from liability for any health problems that may arise from their participation in the SHERRY BIKE.
Once registration has been completed, a refund of 50 per cent of the amount paid will be issued up to 30 days before the event; after this date, no refunds will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications submitted up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the request.
Once the request for cancellation has been made, the place becomes available to the Organization, which will assign it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organisers offer a Cancellation Insurance scheme under which 100 per cent of the entry fee will be refunded to all runners who have taken out this cover.
The refund will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the test. No registration fees will be refunded after this date.
Insurance price: €10
Cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of registration. Once the contract has been finalised, it will no longer be possible to take out cancellation insurance
The organization offers the possibility of changing the name of the bib/chip as long as there is no waiting list in the registered modality.
To make the change, please send an email to sherrymaraton@terrainconita.group with the new runner’s details.
The organization offers the possibility of making a change of modality in case there are bibs available in that modality.
In case the modality to which you want to change is lower than the one registered, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be credited, deducting 3 € for management costs. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is 0€, the 3€ handling fee will not be charged.
In case you want to change to a higher modality, you will have to pay the difference between the price of both registrations.

All registrations for any category of the JJP SHERRY BIKE must be made exclusively online via the designated website.
Registration will be direct, and those who have registered will appear on the list of participants once payment has been successfully processed.
